Commercial development in Covent Garden unifying five historic buildings including the premises of seed growers and merchants. Works included the provision of a series of planted roof terraces, incorporating flowering herbaceous, shrub and grass species harking back to the former use, within irrigated planters incorporating seating and lighting. Extensive internal soft landscape to offices and gathering spaces.
